Insurance & Financing

Insurance offers a practical means of making your health care more affordable. Accordingly we are happy to accept those insurance plans which allow you to choose which dentist provides your dental care, and makes the adequate payment for the dental plan. We encourage you to discuss your dental plan with our Office Manager, who can see if it’s a plan we accept.

We accept all standard types of dental insurance and most PPO plans. We are a Dental Provider to Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Cigna, Delta Dental, Fortis, Metlife, Premier, and United Concordia.

We are committed to helping you use your insurance benefits to provide the best care possible. Due to the complexities of the insurance contracts, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage. The estimated co-pay amount is due at the time of service. Our office will bill the insurance company directly and allow them 45 days to render payment. Most payments are received within this time. After 60 days, the patient is responsible for the balance to be paid- in- full. If you have any questions, please call Sharon at 916-972-1933 and she will be happy to help you.

We accept payments by way of cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We have dental loans available through Citi Health Cards and Care Credit and Chase. With Citi and Care Credit and Chase, we can offer our patients, upon credit approval, an interest-free term loan (up to 6 months) with no down payment, no annual fee, and no prepayment penalty. Ask for an application- we can help you fill out an application and file it for you, giving you an immediate credit decision.
